These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the crwin platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on crwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. Please review them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the crwin platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the crwin platform, regardless of how they access it — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.
If you are accessing crwin on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. crwin does not accept any liability for unauthorised use of the platform by persons acting outside the scope of these terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside crwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between crwin and its players. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the crwin platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- You are aged 18 years or older. crwin does not permit the use of its services by minors under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a crwin employee or affiliated company where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not using the platform to facilitate gambling on behalf of another person.
crwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national identification card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested by crwin may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of crwin services, you must create a registered player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. crwin relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. crwin employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action, which may include forfeiture of balances and permanent account closure, upon detection.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. crwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
- Do not access your crwin account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
- Notify crwin support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- crwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
crwin reserves the right to require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) verification steps at any point, including but not limited to requests for government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals withheld pending completion of the process.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
crwin supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, DBBL (Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited), Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
Deposits: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crwin applies no platform-level deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. The minimum deposit via mobile wallet methods is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your crwin account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. crwin aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. crwin reserves the right to apply a standard identity and payment verification check before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as your crwin account.
- crwin will not process withdrawals to a third party's account under any circumstances.
- Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings can be processed.
- crwin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
crwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spins are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or a multiple of the bonus amount) before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page and are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
Bonus Abuse: crwin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets across games or outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, crwin reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to permanently close the offending account.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at crwin's discretion without prior notice.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each offer's individual terms.
- Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the crwin platform, you agree to use the services in a lawful and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or transaction processing.
- Money Laundering: Using the crwin platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime. crwin is obligated to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information in real-time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, software, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the crwin platform, place bets, or perform actions that a human player would perform manually.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately made to your crwin account.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward crwin staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in the crwin platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
crwin monitors player activity on an ongoing basis using automated systems and human review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, crwin reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
crwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a minor.
- Request by the account holder to self-exclude under crwin's Responsible Gaming policy.
- Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your crwin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through crwin's Responsible Gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent to you. crwin takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will action them promptly. 8. Limitation of Liability
The crwin platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While crwin makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or other interruptions that may affect your ability to access games or place bets.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crwin shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or to secure your account credentials.
- Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
- Losses attributable to internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or other factors outside crwin's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits crwin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by crwin's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
